Development of Place Rosemère's rewards program: visual identity, promotional campaign, signage and displays throughout the shopping centre, web platform development, on-site experiential features, and social media strategies.

Objectives
  • Introduce  the  new  Confetti  program  and  explain  its  functionality  to  Place  Rosemère  customers.

  • Implement  various  initiatives  to  encourage  enrollment  in  the  program.

Challenge

To clearly convey how the program works, our communication efforts unfolded in two distinct phases: initially, we sought to pique consumer curiosity, followed by encouraging them to sign up for the program.
