The organization RÉZO entrusted us with the complete redesign of their website.

Objectif

To provide RÉZO with modern tools, features tailored to their services, and simplified content management, while improving access to information for their diverse communities.

    A key aspect of this project was to transfer the user journey from their outdated app to a much more flexible and modern web platform. With this in mind, we developed a fully integrated appointment booking system. This new platform includes advanced features such as calendar alerts, notifications for users and staff, and automated responses. To ensure efficient management, the platform is synchronized via API with their Zoho system.

    Additionally, to better meet the specific needs of some of their service users, we created a secure portal dedicated to sex workers.

    Customer

    RÉZO is a Montreal-based, non-profit community organization active since 1991. It provides education and prevention services related to HIV and other STBBIs (sexually transmitted and blood-borne infections) in the context of promoting overall health—particularly sexual, mental, physical, and social health—among GBQ men, other men, and trans people who have sex with men.
