The French company PONANT, market leader in luxury cruises and high-end expeditions, proposes a unique offer: intimate, human-scale ships, exceptional destinations, and elegant, authentic, French-inspired art of living. Over the past 30 years, PONANT has carried over 300,000 passengers to otherworldly destinations, combining exceptional itineraries with five-star accommodations.
Despite their common language, France and Quebec are very different markets, each with their own unique features. Our mandate was to create promotional tools and to come up with an action plan adapted for the Quebec market that would enable PONANT to make a successful entrance into the province’s travel agency industry, while positioning itself as a relevant competitor for customers.
Our main projects included creating a brochure and several promotional videos, designing a microsite, organizing an event and launching a digital campaign.
